1. Who is responsible

Webbeatit Yourbizz LLC operates YourBizz and is responsible for platform accounts, website enquiries and support chats. For orders, stays or rentals, the business you choose is normally responsible for its customer data; YourBizz processes that data on its behalf. Contact us using the linked contact form.

2. Data we process

Depending on the service, we process names, email addresses, phone numbers, business and billing details, orders, reservations, messages, reviews and technical usage records. Driver location is used when delivery tracking is enabled. Payment providers process card details; do not send card numbers, passwords or sensitive documents in chat.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use necessary data to provide accounts, bookings, orders, payments and support, and to take steps you request before a contract. Legal obligations cover required financial records. Security, fraud prevention and handling enquiries may rely on legitimate interests, balanced against your rights. Optional marketing requires a separate appropriate legal basis; using chat is not marketing consent.

4. Chat and contact requests

You are speaking with an AI assistant; a team member may also reply. Messages are stored and may be translated or sent to an AI service to prepare replies. Email and phone are optional for a reply to your request. Leaving them does not subscribe you to promotional messages. AI replies may be inaccurate; ask our team to confirm important information.

5. Who receives data

Authorised staff and service providers receive data needed for their tasks. These include Vercel for hosting and AI Gateway, Neon for database services, Resend for email, Stripe for payments, and OpenAI or Google for AI, depending on configuration. The chosen business receives the orders or bookings addressed to it. Authorities may receive data where legally required.

6. International processing

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers require an applicable GDPR mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses and any necessary supplementary measures. Use the contact form to request details about the providers and safeguards applicable to your data.

7. How long data is kept

Account and service records are retained as needed to provide the service. Enquiries and chats are retained as needed to resolve the request, provide related follow-up and handle disputes. Financial and security records may require longer retention for legal obligations or claims. Retention depends on purpose and applicable law; request deletion or details through the contact form. Resetting chat does not itself delete server records.

8. Cookies and browser storage

We use cookies and browser storage for login, language, business selection, chat continuity and preferences. Usage analytics may record technical and interaction data. You can review optional cookie choices through Cookie Settings. Cookie choices are separate from a request to contact you.

9. Your rights and contact

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to legitimate-interest processing, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Use the linked contact form and identify your request; we may need to verify your identity. GDPR requests normally receive a response within one month, with lawful extensions where applicable. You may complain to your local supervisory authority.

10. Children and updates

The platform's business accounts are intended for business users. Do not submit unnecessary information about children. We update this policy when services or processing change and display the revision date. Contact us before submitting information if anything is unclear.
